Project Overview

This project chronicles the customer activities of an Energy Company. PowerCo is an Energy Company based in Europe, they want to reduce their customer churn rate, they are determined to predict customers who have high tendency to churn later in the future so as to have strategies to mitigate against such. Their hope is placed on the historical data of their customers.

What I'm doing in this project is analysing and building a model with high precision score that would predict customers that are likely to churn. This would guide against or perhaps minimise the customer churn by using the prediction of the model.

The dataset for this project was provided by BCG platform on theforage virtual experience.
